When The Leaves Fall, Halloween Calls
 | | Ghosts and goblins, witches and wizards will be going door-to-door this Halloween scaring up a fun bounty of candy, chocolate and delicious sugary morsels. Hours for trick-or-treating on Tuesday, October 31 are from noon to 9 p.m. in Manchester; while in Lakehurst curfew will be set for 9 p.m. for children under 16 years old, with older teens allowed to be out an hour later at 10 |
