Ocean County Welcomes Newest Firefighters
OCEAN COUNTY - Fifty-three new firefighters recently were graduated from the Ocean County Training Center following 170 hours of classroom study and hands-on training. The graduates are members of volunteer fire departments from across the county. Joining the Firefighter I Graduation Class for a class photograph are Ocean County Undersheriff Wayne R. Rupert, Ocean County Freeholder Director John P. Kelly and Ocean County Deputy Fire Marshal Raymond Van Marter, fire training coordinator.
