Sodexho Food Services will hold the Souper Bowl to benefit the National Kidney Foundation. Whiting Elementary School displays artwork and holds a reception at the Manchester Branch of the Ocean County Library, Colonial Drive, Manchester. The reception will be from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
