American Lithuanian Club Holds Events
WHITING - At their January meeting, the club elected Diane Wunder, president; Judi Kornhauser, vice president; Dorothy Novak, secretary; and Alice Bass, treasurer.
On February 11, they will be having a luncheon for the members to celebrate Lithuania's Freedom Day at 1 p.m. The meals will be furnished by some members who will supply the food they made by bringing covered dished to the luncheon. They meet at the Hilltop Clubhouse, Schoolhouse Road.
On February 15, they will be having a flag raising ceremony in honor of Lithuania's Freedom Day at noon in front of the municipal building in Toms River.
