Community Medical Center Debuts Heart 2 Heart Support Group
TOMS RIVER - A new monthly support group developed in conjunction with the cardiac rehabilitation program at Community Medical Center is helping individuals with heart disease live healthier lives.
Heart 2 Heart monthly support group for people diagnosed with heart disease presents information on topics such as nutrition, stress management, medication and risk factor modification.
Led by CMC's specially trained cardiac rehabilitation registered nurses, the Heart 2 Heart support group meets on the second Tuesday of every month at 7 p.m. in Community's Pecora Auditorium.
The cardiac rehabilitation program at Community Medical Center is certified by the American Association of Cardiovascular
and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR) - a designation that recognizes those programs
