Whiting DeerfieldWomen's Club Announce Upcoming Events
WHITING - Deerfield Women's Club announced that their next meeting will be held on May 27, and there will be entertainment by Jeff Mazza, owner of Royal Music, who will perform an organ concert for them. The meeting begins at 1:30 p.m. in the Volunteers Great Room at Deerfield Hall located on Congasia Road at Crestwood Village VI. All women are invited to join, as there are no residence restrictions.
On June 10 from 6 to 9 p.m., they will set sail aboard The River Lady for a dinner cruise. The cost to members is $25, and non-members are $30. There will be a choice of four entrees. Members will have first chance to purchase tickets, as seating is limited. Tickets will be on sale at the May meeting and on Mondays from 10 to 11 a.m.
On December 9, they are taking a bus trip to Surflight Theater to see "White Christmas." Lunch will be included. Tickets will be on sale soon, and they expect this show to sell out quickly. More information will follow.
