JAMES T. ARMSTRONG
James T. Armstrong, 99, of Whiting, Manchester, passed away April 28, at Southern Ocean Center, Stafford. Born in Jersey City, he was raised in Bayonne and lived in Beachwood before moving to Whiting. He was an ironworker for Local 399 for many years until his retirement.
He was predeceased by his wife, Helen; six brothers, Herbert, Clarence, George, Vincent, Frank and Andrew; and a sister, Henrietta Malmo. Surviving are a sister, Agnes Kira of Beachwood; and many nieces and nephews.
