Crestwood Village V Seniors Offer Trip Update

WHITING - The Crestwood Village V Seniors have announced the last two trips for this year. In addition, they would like to announce that the trips to Boston and Ireland are filled, and no more reservations are being accepted.

July 7 to 19 - Join them for four days and three nights to visit Maine. The package includes round trip bus transportation, three nights lodging on the central coast of Maine, three breakfasts, three dinners, including a lobster dinner welcome reception, Maine Lighthouse Museum, a visit to Mount Battie, Maine State Prison Store, Farmswoth Museum, a tour of Acadia National Park and a visit to Bar Harbor.

The price includes all of the above, hotel taxes, gratuities for bus driver and tour guide. The price is $500 double occupancy and $162 single supplement. For more information, call Pat at 732-716-1197.

December 8 to 11 - Experience Christmas in Williamsburg. This is a new tour being offered for the first time this year, and if you have not seen Williamsburg, VA, then you are in for a real treat. Take a walk back in time, and see the homes and taverns decorated in their finest holiday trimmings. You will then be able to visualize what life must have been like during the forming of our nation and the first settlement of Jamestown.

The trip includes three nights' hotel, three breakfasts, three dinners, a one-day pass to Williamburg, admission to Jamestown and Yorktown Victory Center and time at the famous Williamsburg Pottery. The price is $455 double occupancy and $115 single supplement.

While both trips may seem higher than their past trips, you must remember you will be touring Maine in the height of the summer season as well as Williamsburg during the holiday season.

For more information, call Pat at 732-716-1197. Tours are based on 30 people, and if more are interested, then they will adjust the price to reflectthe decrease in price.
