Manchester Library To Present "Amish Traditions"
MANCHESTER - Sandy Riley will present "Amish Traditions" on June 25 at 2 p.m. at the Manchester Library. An Ocean County native, Sandy lived and worked in the predominantly Amish community of Lancaster, Pennsylvania for 13 years. She will tell her true-life story of time spent as a midwife in Amish country. She will include amusing stories, photographs and facts that will provide the audience with a behind the scenes look at Amish culture.
