Manchester Little League Announces Upcoming Events
MANCHESTER - Manchester Little League fall signups will be held on August 20 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Little League Complex for ages 5 to 12. This year, they will incorporate their player development program into their fallball program. Players, over the age of 13, will have an opportunity to play in an inter-league wood bat program. This is something new that they are exploring and will have more information at signups. Fallball is bringing back the wood bat to the big field.
Work bond checks will be mailed out at the beginning of August.
On October 25, they will be hosting a Texas Hold-em Tournament at the Toms River Elks Lodge. Tickets will be on sale soon. The night will begin with a dinner buffet from 3:30 to 5 p.m., followed by the Texas Hold-em Tournament from 5 to 9 p.m. Please see Sandy Drake and/or Pat Barry for tickets.
