Crestwood Village V Resident's Club Announces Upcoming Events

WHITING - Crestwood Village V Resident's Club has announced their upcoming events.

On September 5 from 7 to 11 p.m., they are having their End of Summer Dance. Pipers Alley will be performing for them. The theme for the month is "1950," so be creative and dress accordingly. They will have a contest for the best outfits (one female and one male). Tickets are $8 at the door. They will provide set-ups, snacks, coffee, tea and cake. BYOB. On September 22, they are taking a trip to Hilton Casino for a bingo trip at 9:15 a.m. The cost is $20, with a $15 coin return and a $5 food coupon along with a ticket to play bingo. Tickets will be sold on Tuesday mornings from 11 a.m. to noon at Hilltop Clubhouse. For more information, call Tom Corso at 732-350-7877.

A trip is being planned to Mackinac Island in northern Michigan from June 7 to 13, 2009. The trip includes six breakfasts and four dinners, a tour of Mackinac Island by horse and carriage, Soo Locks cruise in Sault Sainte Marie, a visit to Mackinaw Crossings, Kewadin Sautt Casino and much more.

The cost is $595 per person double occupancy. There is a $75 per person deposit, which is due upon signing up for the trip. The reservation is contingent upon 30 paying participants.
